A9, col. 2 The Rev. Charles C. Frazier The Rev. Charles C. Frazier, 91, Hershey, died Jan. 4, 2005. He was born Nov. 19, 1913, in Bellwood, son of Louis and Annie (Burns) Frazier. Surviving are his wife, Caroline (Slick); a daughter, Carol Keener; and a grandson. Friends will be received from 10 to the 11 a.m. services Saturday at Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity, Hershey, Pa. Interment at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Osterburg.
