He was admitted to the hospital April 3. Mr. Dibert, in partnership with V.W. McGuire, organized the East Side Coal and Supply company in 1921. The business at first was confined solely to the coal and concrete business. In 1922 Mr. Dibert purchased the McGuire interest after which he began the manufacture of concrete blocks. In 1925 Mr. Dibert added builders' supplies and later acquired several specially-designed trucks for mixing concrete while en route to a job. He was one of the first to use this type of truck in Altoona. Mr. Dibert was born in Altoona July 10, 1895, a son of James A. and Flora (Lingenfelter) Dibert. He was a member of the Elks lodge and Frohsian Singing society and was of the Lutheran faith. Surviving are his wife, the former Ella Filer; two sons, Jack A. and Jesse E. of R.D. 3, with whom he was associated in business; one sister, Mrs. Carrie Dibert of Altoona, and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the N.A. Stevens mortuary after 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. -------------- DIBERT--Funeral services for James Orville Dibert of R.D. 3 (Sinking Valley), Altoona, will be held in the Stevens Memorial chapel on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. William Sle*. Interment will follow in Alto Reste burial park. Friends will be received at the N.A.
