He was the son of Lewis and Annie Frazier. Surviving are his wife, three brother, Thomas of Baltimore, Md., the Rev. Charles of Harrisburg and Ray of Baltimore, and one sister, Mrs. Rhoda McKaney of Patrick Springs, Va., whose husband died March 2.
