I am researching my family and looking for the Penn Creek Lutheran Church Protocol book. Could you tell me where to find copies of the book and other information about the church. I am looking for records of the Naftzger/Nofsker family. Heinrich and Margreth Naftzger lived in Centre County in the late 1700's and early 1800's. He was a farmer and shoemaker. Emanuel Martin, their son, was born in Gregg. Twp in 1808 and married Sophia Plotner,. also in Gregg. Twp. Their son John Henry Nofsker was born in Centre County in 1831 and his birth is listed in the Penn Creek Protocol Book. Is the church still standing?
