I have a shoe lacing tool that has Mingle's shoe store Bellefonte PA. If there are still any of Albert & Elizabeth Mingle's family still in the area you can have this tool. Or maybe the Library would like to have it. Let me know. In the 1900 census it has Albert age 45, Elizabeth age 46 and twin daughter's Roxie 17 and Helen 17.
