BELLEFONTE, Dec. 18. -- Allen Greene Waite died at his home on High street early Tuesday morning. Mr. Waite was found dead in bed and it is thought death was caused by a paralytic stroke. He was a son of Adam and Amanda Waite and was born in Bellefonte on May 1, 1875. He was married to Miss Mary Guisewhite of Bellefonte, who survives; also his mother, Mrs. Adam Waite, and the following children: Samuel Waite of Philadelphia, Mrs. Samuel Rhinesmith of St. Mary's, Mrs. John Woods of Bellefonte, and William, at home. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Harry Rhoades of Wilkinsburg. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at his late home in charge of the Rev. G.E. Householder.
