There has been a change in the hours that the Pennsylvania Room in Bellefonte will be open according to a recently posted sign. The hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and it will be closed on Saturdays. It will reopen for Saturday hours on September 11, the Saturday after Labor Day. Ellen
