Richard, The Black Oak Cemetery, Worth Twp, is accessible in this manner: Coming down U.S. Route 322 from Philipsburg to Port Matilda, the cemetery will be on your left, on a hill, behind the Black Oak United Methodist Church. Along with my grandparents, I recorded it in 1997, and it is in the possession of the Centre County Genealogical Society awaiting publication. It has about 25 rows of graves, and the rows go up the hill, which is quite steep. You can park in the church parking lot. Black Oak is very neatly mowed and well maintained, but be careful, as I did see a snake there in the past. You cannot access the cemetery coming up from Port Matilda to Philipsburg as Route 322 is divided and the westbound lanes do not come near the church. Only by driving on the eastbound lanes can you turn into the church lot. If you are on U.S. 322 West, get on the eastbound lanes at Reese Hollow Road and Flat Rock Exit and I think you should be able to find it. Hope this helps.
