Sadly I am reporting the loss of one of the Waring Family members from Clearfield County.  Ronald Alfred Waring passed away quietly this evening at a Johnstown hospital while recuperating after a traumatic accident that occurred a few weeks ago while he was repairing his car.  His passing occurred at approx. 8:30 pm this evening, Dec. 22, 2001.  Alfred as he was known by his family and friends was 65 years old at the time of his passing. He was a life long resident of Clearfield County and will be sadly missed by family and friends.  Born Sept. 27, 1937 he was the second child born to Edmund Luther Waring and Eva Ruth (Breth) Waring and came from a long unbroken line of Clearfield County residents.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara Ann Waring who is buried on the Family farm in Boggs Twp. and it is expected that Alfred will be buried beside her in the apple orchard.  Surviving siblings are; Edmund Charles Waring born Sept. 6, 1935, Luther Perks Waring born May 7, 1939, Ardella Pearl Elizabeth Lobb born Aug. 10, 1940, Dewayne Breth Waring born Feb. 23, 1942, James Carlisle Waring born Mar. 25, 1943, Alice Rachael LeBlanc, and Roy Frederick Waring born Mar. 21, 1951.  My condolences to Alfred's daughters, my cousins Barbara and June.   Funeral arrangements have not yet been made but will be found in the local paper.
