I am seeking information and /or the descendants of NEWTON McDIVITT, buried in HalfMoon Township, Centre. Co. NEWTON was the son of AUGUSTINE, b. 3-19-1834, d. 7-27-1903 and the brother of FRANK McDEVITT; the grandson of JAMES MCDIVITT, b. 1804, three days after emigrating to New York City, d. 1879, and the great-grandson of JAMES McDIVITT, b. 1780 in Newtonstewart, County Tyrone, Ireland, d. 1850.
