I'm a new member to the list. Looking for information or connections to the OLDHAM family who came from England and settled in Osceola Mills, PA after 1883. Children included Samuel, George, John, Herbert, and Albert. Related surnames: SIMMS, STINE, APEL, LOVE, SEABOLT, LEARD, WILSON, and GREEN. Pennsylvania locations: Altoona, Colver, Confluence, Cresson, Ebensburg, Ernest, Osceola Mills, New Kensington, and Pittsburgh vicinity. I cannot prove it, but believe this family may be connected to the following (all born in England) who came to America on the ship RMS City of Rome to New York 26 June 1882: George Oldham, 41; Hester Oldham, 10; Sam Oldham, 8; Herbert Oldham, 7; and Albert Oldham, 60.
