Old picture on Ebay for Sale. There is an old Picture with a letter written on back that is dated July 14, 1890. It is written from Penn Hall by a toll collector to Mr. Motz and tells of a Moyer not paying his toll fees. It is a very interesting piece of Centre County History and the Toll Road (now Rt 45).
