    2. The "Richard & Agnes Gummo" family lost at least 3 children in 1855..... probably in the Mill Hall, Clinton County area... at least that's where they were living in 1850, 1860 1870 & 1880.... I would guess the epidemic was all around the area.... Then again about 44 years later in Dec 1899 there was another typhoid epidemic in Beech Creek, Clinton County. It killed my G-Aunt Mary Charlotte Carlotta "Lottie" ROBB on 17 Dec 1899. She was only 22 years old and single... Twelve days later on 29 Dec 1899 it killed my G-Grandfather John William ROBB..... He was only 53 years old.. Three (3) others in his family became ill but all recovered....including my grandfather, William James Robb (1874-1934). Sabrina Marie Robb Ocala, Florida
