Fellow listers, This Martin Batdorf appears to be my 7th great grandfather, as such, I have significant interest in the deed. However, with $150.00 as a minimum reserve, it sounds like this item should be in a museum. If anyone on the list happens to purchase it, I would greatly enjoy obtaining a photocopy.
