Hi Carol, I do not have the SHANK's you mention, however I have a contact that you might want to write. His name is Willard Shank, 742 Siglerville Pike Road, Milroy, PA 17063. He lives in Mifflin County and my cousin and I met him last summer at the Mifflin County Historical Library in Lewistown. Willard does not have email so you would have to reach him via snail mail. He has compiled at least one book entitled Ancestors and Descendants of William Landis Shank and Mary Catherine Fultz which we looked at in the Mifflin Co. Hist.Lib. Willard has done quite a bit of research on the SHANK line. Hope this will be of some help.
