MOWRY - Nephews & Nieces Share Man's Estate - Eight nieces and nephews will share the approximately $109,000 estate of Frank W. Final confirmation will be made July 15 unless exceptions are filed. The report was filed by Attorney Harold E. Miller, court-appointed auditor named to determine the legal heirs, distribute the assets and determine the allocation of federal and state inheritance taxes. The account was filed March 25 with Thomas G. Peoples, county register and recorder. Mrs. Mowry died without leaving a will.
