Hi List, I've gotten many e-mails regarding the posting I did A LONG TIME AGO on the Monk Trial. Answers to frequently asked questions: 1. The posted info is all I know about the trial. 2. Linn's History (the source) is "History of Centre and Clinton Counties, Pennsylvania", by John Blair Linn, published in 1883. I think I bought my copy years ago from The Centre County Historical Society, but I can't be certain about that. Perhaps anyone who knows where to get one currently could advise the List. 3. Please don't attach files to your e-mails to me as I have been burned twice by bad virus problems, and I don't open attachments. My computer is loaded with all my genealogy files, and even though my virus protection seems adequate, I don't want to lose anything. Diana Mason
