Jean, The old village of Centre Line is located in Halfmoon Township, at the county line between Centre and Huntingdon Counties. St. Matthew's Lutheran Church used to stand there. The Centre Line Cemetery is all that marks the site. The old Halfmoon Amish Cemetery is located back in the fields just opposite the Centre Line Cemetery. I believe a few homes remain on the site. The Gensimores, Stines, Becks, and Stevens were among the early settlers.
