Would like to know more about this couple. I have a Samuel Butler m. Elizabeth Melton 18 Mar 1819 in Fluvanna. Elizabeth was the daughter of Pierce Wade Melton There was a will in Fluvanna Co of a Nathan Lowry who mentions paces as his Niece and Nephew I believe one of his daughters married a Melton They are on the 1850 census for Fluvanna. For some time, I have trying to make my grgrandmother Elizabeth Pace, wife of John R.Pace, one of his nieces---- NO luck!!! Aything on Frances Butler and Jesse might be a help.
