Herndon Robinson for a pension based on the service on my grgrandfather David C. Robinson who was born in 1789 and served in the war of 1812' The application was also witnessed by my paternal grgrandfather John R.Pace b. 1809 who was the father of John Walker Pace who married Rebecca Ann Robinson, dau. of David C. Robinson Just thought maybe some Alabama Paces might be able to shed some light on the Fanny Cosby who may have been a Pace before her marriage. I think she was born abt. 1823.( from memory) Any Frances Paces born in Alabama abt. that time?
