    3. Yes, that Barnabas Pace d. 1831 is my line. There were also two other Barnabas Paces--his nephew (who wrote the "letter") and his grandson. He did have a son named Thomas but he wasn't born until 1783-84. The Thomas I asked about already had a wife and 3 children by 1767.
