Back in 2001 I posted the following: In the land office patents and grants dated June 22, 1786 is 511/8 a.on the waters of the Great Byrd adjoining the lines of Edward Bain, Walter Johnson and others to William Pace Grants No.1-p.548 I have a Bain genealogy sent to me by someone and in going thru it found the following Sarah Sue Pace b.26 Sep. 1829,d. 21 ul 1896 Widow of Paschal Bane,buried near her parents Daniel and Sara Revis Pace at Pace Family Cemetery in Zirconia, Henderson Co. N.C Pascal Bain,b. abt. 1827 in N.C, was the son of Johnson Bain b. 1780 in Fluvanna Co.Va ,died Feb. 1862 in Henderson N.C Johnson Bain was the son of Robert Edward Bain of Albemarle another son Archibald Bain was married to a Sarah A. Spencer. Are there any Pace-Bain- Spencer connections out there?
