Ginga Mylius June 7, 1815, Georgia Journal: "On the first Tuesday in July next, will be sold at the Court house in Morgan County, the following property: 202 ½ acres of land, known by lot No. 34 in the 20th district, formerly Baldwin County, levied on as the property of WILLIAM PACE, to satisfy an execution in favor of RICHARD PACE. Also: 318 ½ acres of land lying on Indian Creek, adjoining Silvanus Walker and others, in the 15th district formerly Baldwin County, levied on as the property of John Burney, to satisfy an execution in favor of the Sate of Georgia against John Gilmore and John Burney. (etc). William Brown, D.S. February 21, 1816, Georgia Journal: "Will be sold on Friday the 8th of March next, on the plantation, near Garner's Ferry, where Wm. Phillips, deceased, formerly resided, all the personal property of said deceased, consisting of horses, cattle, hogs, etc., Terms of sale made known on the day. RICHARD PACE, Ex'er. January 3." December 4, 1830, Macon Weekly Telegraph: "Campbell Sales, on the first Tuesday in January next, before the court house at Campbellton, Campbell County, will be sold: THOMAS PACE'S interest in lot of land, No 69, levied on to satisfy a fi fa issued from Henry Superior Court in favor of John Sellers vs. Pace." (this was in the 8th district, originally Coweta now Campbell County) July 2, 1839, Macon (GA) Weekly Telegraph: "Perry, Houston County, June 28, 1839: At a large and respectable meeting of the Union Democratic party of Houston County, this day held, for the purpose of nominating candidates to represent said county in the next General Assembly, on motion, THOMAS PACE, Esq., was called to the chair, and Dr. Jno G. McKenzie and Stephen R. Ham, Esq. appointed secretaries. The following gentlemen were nominated: For Senate: Maj. James M. Kelly; for Representatives: Dr. William H. Rudd, John E. Dennard; Matthew Sikes, Esqrs. March 2, 1841, Macon Weekly Telegraph: "Four months after date, application will be made to the Honorable the Inferior Court of Bibb County, for leave to sell all the real estate belonging to WILLIAM PACE, late of Bibb County, deceased. David PATTON, Administrator. Jan 12." January 14, 1845, Macon Weekly Telegraph: "Houston February Sale: Will be sold before the court house door in the town of Perry on the first Tuesday in February next: The south half of lot of land No 201 in the 14th district, Houston County, and one half of the store house and lot, in Centreville, in said county of Houston, known as No. 5; all levied on as the property of Wm. M. Hill, to satisfy a fi fa from Bibb Superior court in favor of the Central Bank of GA, against Aaron Lessell, Executor John J. Lanier, deceased; SAMUEL PACE, John A. Robertson, and Wm. M. Hill. Wm. Herrington, Shff. Dec. 24, 1844."
