Judith Renwick is looking for the lineage of her direct ancestor: Joseph Pace b. 1796 who m. Ann (or Anna) Magee on 12/20/1821 in Shelby Co, KY. I was told that he was a son of James Pace b. 1772 who m. Lydia Drake and descends from Joseph Pace who m. Ann Basford. Judith has circumstantial evidence that Joseph was a son of Newsom(e) Pace b. 1754 who m. Mary Nunn and descends from John Pace, Jr. of Middlesex who m. Elizabeth Montague. The latter Joseph and John, Jr were both sons of John Pace of Middlesex. Does anyone know which of these lines are correct and what the evidence is? Gordon W.
