Jesse is believed to be the son of Thomas Pace m. Keziah Howell. Thomas Pace was the son of John Pace (the tory) and Sarah (Burgh). Jesse Pace went to Harlan Co, KY. He was living next to his uncle Edmund Marion Pace in Surry Co, NC in 1795. Edmund was a brother of the Thomas Pace who m. Keziah Howell, and this Thomas Pace, according to Bruce Howard's argument, was the father of this Jesse Pace.
