I am glad to meet you Mr. Pace, I have no idea why I would be looking for you. My 2nd Great Grandmother was Martha Susan Pace 1863 Marion, AL - 1928 Tishomingo, MS. Just today I took over 150 gravestone photos to put in my file at Ancestry.com, Martha and her parents Richmond Pace and Lucretia "Beadie" Jeffries were among them. I do search the Pace line, as well as my Woodruff, Rushing, Sparks, Allen and etc. etc. Maybe you were a child I was adding and was searching for more information. I am sorry if this in any way has upset you. I have been digging for bones for over 40 of my 57 years, blame it on my grandmother, she drug me to the graves every year for cleaning, I was board and began to gather information on whom belonged to whom. Grandma is 93 now and couldn't come to Booneville, MS with me this time. I can't say I'll ever stop, even now I'm dragging 2 of my children who have worked side by side with me taking pictures and talking about the loved ones who are gone but not forgotten. I have 2 Oscar Pace in my file but neither were born in 1942, one is Oscar H. Pace son of George West Pace Sr. and Tabitha J. Rogers and the other is another Oscar H. Pace b. Nov 1884 SC son of John Balus Pace and Alice Staton.
