    3. Hi again. Northumberland Co. History Blank, Daniel, subject, s/o Samuel and grandson of Joseph, who lived in Berwick, Columbia Co.. He was a Methodist, later joining the Evangelical. He was married twice, and survived by both wives. His family consisted of three children, all born of the 1st wife. Samuel, Joseph and Polly (twins). Joseph lived near Berwick, Polly married Jacob Kissner. Samuel Blank,son of Joseph, was born in 1814, ded 1868, he was a member of the Lutheran church and is buried in the cemetery back of Briar Creek. He married Maria Klinetob, d/o Christopher Klintob and his wife Catharine, of Luzerne Co. (Salem township) and she died in 1867, aged 48, the mother of the following, one daughter, died in infancy, Katie Ann, died young, Rolandus, of West Pittston, Elmira, wife of Benjamin Eveland of Jonestown, Daniel C., Malinda, who married Samuel M. Smith, of Forty Fort, Luzerne Co, Jennie, wife of Samuel Poet, Sarah, widow of Wilson Stoudt, of Sunbury, Louisa, married Webster Gensel, of Berwick, and Annie, wife of Thomas Poet. Daniel C. Blank, born July 5, 1848, in Sugar Loaf township, Luzerne Co. On Aug 25, 1872, he married Emma C. Sensenbach, d/o Charles and Oranda (Gold now Gould) Sensenbach, who died at Sunbury, but were earlier from Nazareth, PA. Mrs. Blank had the following brothers and sisters. Sarah, died age 12, "Cloyde:, of Bethlehem, PA., Mary E., the wife of Daniel Paden, James of KY., he was drowned in 1910, Angus, of MO, Charles A., of Sunbury, Elmer of Lewisville, PA, and David of Sunbury. Mr. and Mrs. Blank had 4 children; Harry N., of Pittsburg, George W., of Pittsburg, Bessie A., married Samuel D. Best and Charles A. Best Wishes, Geri
