George Heinrich, born 1 Sept, died July 1827, Eva Barbara, his wife, born Guth, 9 Jan 1749, died 5 Sept 1827 Births recorded at Northampton Martz, Daniel, 11 April, 1784, s/o Henrich and Elizabeth-Allen township Mertz,, Frederich "Wilhalm" 3 Aug 1760, s/o Valentine and Anna Margaretha, Rev. war (pensions) Martz, George, S22378, PA Line, soldier was born in 1761 Northampton Co., and lived there at enlistment and in 1818 he moved to Westmoreland,Co. where he applied. Northumberland County Nathan F. Martz, was born July 20, 1820, s/o Henry and Elizabeth (Fagley) Martz, d/o Christian and Magdalena Fagely. At age 18, Nathan went to Mauch Chunk, where became a clerk in his uncles store, Nathan and George Fagley. In 1842 Nathan became a member of the "Old 76 Lodge", at Mauch Chunk, of the I.O.O. F. and he is now (1911) one of the oldest living Odd Fellows. On. Sept 19, 1848, he married in Allentown to Eliza Samuels,who was born Sept 13, 1827, d/o Jesse and Mary (Engleman) Samuels. They celebrated their 60th anniversary Sept 19, 1908. Mrs. Martz died Sept 21, 1908. Children; One daughter did in infancy,William E., of Shamokin; Jesse S., died in 1858; Edward died Feb. 2, 1857; Ida V.B., the wife of W.C. McConnell; Mary Elizabeth, the wife of Henry B.
