    3. Bucks Co Erdman, Oliver, at Steinburg, is decended from a family who came from Germany early in this county's history. The great-grandfather of Oliver, had 7 children. His 2nd son, Henry, married Kate Seams, of Northampton county. This couple had 3 sons and 3 daughters. Henry E., being the youngest son. He married in 1848 Elizabeth, d/o Isaac and Catharine (Apple) Shimer. They were the parents of 2 sons, Oliver H., and Allen. Oliver, in 1872 married Alavesta d/o Charles and Elvina (Donner) Kemmerer, of Lehigh county. Children; Quena and Viola. Members of St. Paul's German church. Herbine, Milton H, (MD) of Applebachsville, is a native of Berks Co, and was born 1857. Dr. Jonathan S. Herbine, grandson of the pioneer, is practising physician in Sinking Spring, Berks County. He married Elizabeth Winters, d/o Jacob of Berks Co. In 1881, Milton H. married Lizzie Delp, d/o R.B. Delp of Church Hill, Bucks Co. Children; Carrie and Hattie. Satterwhwaite, David, of Fallsington, was born in Falls township, Dec 1, 1828, the s/o William and Tacie (Palmer). In 1852 he married Ann F., d/o Nathan and Elizabeth (Flowers) Watson. Slifer, B. Frank, of Kellers Church, was born in Springfield township, April 25, 1840. S/o John and Carolinne Slifer, the 2nd son of 7 children. In 1869 he married Sarah Ann, d/o Jacob and Caroline (Ziegenfuss) Moyer, of Bucks Co. Webster, Jesse G. of Hulmeville, was born in Abington township, June 26, 1806, s/o of David and Elizabeth (Gilbert) Webster. The latter was a d/o Benjamin Gilbert. Mr. Webster's mother's was adopted by one of chief's, to serve him as a waiter. Feb 24, 1839, Jesse married Sarah, d/o Terrell Wiliams of Frankford. Best Wishes, Geri
