She may have been from the Polk/Eldred/Kunkletown area of Monroe County, or the Lower Towamensing/Towamensing area of Carbon County. I have much information on her descendants, but nothing on where she came from. She married John McFarland around late 1860-1861. They had their first child in Dec 1861.
