Henry Leisenring, son of Jacob, was born at Sunbury, PA, March 31, 1823, and died at Elysburg, Northumberland Co., he is buried at the Blue church. He married Mary A. Eckroth, d/o John, died Oct 15, 1898. Children; 1. Anna died at 28, unmarried. 2. Herbert, married Catharine Lanciscus, d/o John and Lena (Bird) Lanciscus and they had 4 children (Malcolm, Edna L., Lena M., and Ethel F.). 3 Estella, wife of Clark R. Creasy, children (Dayton, Clara, and Grace) 4. Tacie, married Theodore Heck, children (Irene, wife of Dr. A. G. Shissler, Millie, wife of J.A. Shipman, Harry died at age 21). 5. Dayton married Carrie Vought and they had (John). Samuel McKinney, was born May 2, 1826 near Sunbury, he married Mary A. Ziegler, d/o Andrew and Catharine (Wise) Ziegler. She died July 25, 1900 aged 66. John Pensyl, son of Jacob, was born in 1767, he married Barbara Hinkle, children, Kate, married Frederick, Leah, married John Fisher, John, George, born 1799 and Leonard John, son of John and Barbara, he died in 1873, he married1st to Lydia Kaseman and had children; 1. George, 1818-80, 2. John, 3. Daniel, 4. Barbara, wife of Henry Hill of Shamokin, 5. Hannah, who died at Manayunk, Phila., and she was married twice, her first husband was Charles Dimick, 2nd John Hiney. 6. Catharine, married James Matter, of Scranton. For his 2nd wife, he married Mary Arter, d.o John and Mary (Heller) Arter, of Elysburg, and she died Nov 18, 1890, at the home of her son Adam, in Rush township, she was 87. Children 1. Jacob died 1861, aged 21, 2. William, 3. Samuel, 4. Margaret, died aged 20, 5. Henry A., died young. 6. Francis lived at the Jersey Shore, PA. John Keefer, one of the sons of Peter Keefer, who came from Berks Co, was born 1801, died Aug 7, 1882. By his first wife, Mary Martz, who died young, had two children, David and William. His second wife was Susan Martz, sister of his first wife, died July 7, 1875, children; Eliza, married Joseph Wolverton, of Snyderstown; Sarah, Mrs. George W. Stroh; Benjamin F.; Jacob J.; Amelia, wife of Samuel McCloughan, of Rushtown; Charles of Sunbury, Joseph, of Sunbury; and Peter of Danville. Irvin K. Wetzel,s/o Daniel, of Shamokin, was born May 16, 1868 in Eldred township. His grandfather was Peter Wetzel. His wife's maiden name was Snyder and the children were; Daniel, Charles, Elias, Polly who married Benjamin Herring, Sarah married Cornelius Herring, Lydia marrid Elias Morgan, and Mrs. Ephraim Neiswelter. Irvin K., married on Nov 20, 1886 Ida M. Snyder, d/o Benjamin and Mary (Wetzel) Snyder, of Eldred, Schuylkill County. Best Wishes, Geri
