He came to this county in 1819, and died Feb 8 1878 aged 83. Mr. F.A.B. Koons married June 30 1855 to Helenr., d/o Theopoli and Elizabeth (Smith) Larned, natives of the Wyoming Valley. He was the grandson of Daniel Koons, a native of Northampton County. Lehigh Co Lentz Conrad Lentz was born in Walderhoff, Baden, Germany, and was accompanied to America by two brothers. He settled in North Whitehall township, now Lehigh Co., One brother settlled in Lentzdale, Montgomery Co, and the other in Berks. Of the sons of the third, one and probably two located in Northumberland county Conrad Lentz, was a stone mason and lived near Unionville, where he is buried in the old church graveyard. Dauphin County Wagner, John R., was born in Londonderry township, June 10, 1833. The first of the Wagner family to come to Dauphin County was Frederick Wagner, grandfather to John R., who settled on the tract of land now owned by the Allwine estate. Frederick Wagner, was born Dec 14, 1758, and was one of the early settlers of Lancaster Co. Frederich was drated into service in the War of 1812 and marched from Londonderry to Baltimore. And it stated, "Killiam Weis Sr., grandfather, was born Dec 15, 1751, and died Feb. 16. 1840, and was buried in Hereford Mennonite Church at Bally of which he and his wife were members. In the Federal census of 1790 he was recorded as a taxable of Upper Milford township, Northampton county (now Lehigh county) Listed as himself, his wife, Catharine Landis, and 6 sons, Jacob, John, George, Henry, Killian, and Samuel, (3 that were under 16), and 3 daughters, Anna married John Ehst, Kate married Henry Shelly, and Hannah, married Isaac Longarce. In Upper Milford township, there also lived a Jacob Weis, brother of Killian, Sr., In 1790 he had 2 sons and 3 daughters. Killian Weis, son of Killian Sr., was born 21 Jan 1788, died Dec 23, 1874. He was a life long farmer, and in 1819 he bought the Ehst farm.His name has been spelled Weis and Wise. He married Barbara Shelly,born Jan 31, 1790, and died June 20, 1886.
