Hi Mike, I've decided to post this email from the person I sent to the site for information..Perhaps someone will be interested in it and even be sble to help him out. Pete From: Gregory Auman <[email protected]> Reply-To: [email protected] To: Pete Bennett <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Driftwood, PA Date: Wed, 03 Mar 2004 10:11:48 -0600 Good morning Pete, I cannot find ANY information on Hettie Enz. I only know that she had a farm between Grant and Dents Run and that she is buried there with her son Sam and an infant daughter. I also looked under Henrietta and Harriet. NOTHING! However, I did discover a mistake on my grandfather's information. On the page that is titled: "Cameron County Genealogy Project Birth Records 1894-1906 Transcribed by John P. Sitnik" They have my grandfather (Angus F. Beaton) as being the son of Angus and Della Beaton. However, his mother's FIRST name was "Clara" and her MIDDLE name was "Della". I am not sure how accurate these records are, but if they want the exact information, the name "Clara" should be put in place of "Della". Also, If they want further information on the Angus Beaton side of things, I have some information about his marriage and 2 daughters (one of his daughters is my mother). I'd be happy to contribute any information that I can to that cause. I'll continue looking for my Great Grandmother, Hettie J. Enz. I have been told that she was a "rough and tough" lady and that a lot of people avoided her. That's o.k., she was still my grandmother and I want to get the information I need so that I can go past her to other relatives on her side. Gotta go, Greg Auman _________________________________________________________________ FREE pop-up blocking with the new MSN Toolbar get it now! http://clk.atdmt.com/AVE/go/onm00200415ave/direct/01/
Thanks for passing this on. The records are as recorded, but we can add notes to make corrections and expand the information. Thanks!
