I just inherited (in the bottom of a cedar chest) a Japanese Flag from World War II. On this flag are the names of 56 men that I imagine were in my father's division during this particular time in the Army. While most of the names are legible, some are very faint. Of the 56 names, only 2 were from PA. I was just wondering if the following names sounded familiar to anyone: Myles PENNYPACKER or L. Keith WATTS.
Not sure if this is him: Miles PENNAPACKER Birth Date: 22 Feb 1901 Death Date: Feb 1978 Social Security Number: 180-01-9456 State or Territory Where Number Was Issued: Pennsylvania Death Residence Localities ZIP Code: 18944 Localities: Perkasie, Bucks, Pennsylvania Mike Wennin Come Visit the Cameron County Genealogy Project! http://www.rootsweb.com/~pacamero ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, March 31, 2004 11:23 PM Subject: [PA-CAMERON] World War II Flag > I just inherited (in the bottom of a cedar chest) a Japanese Flag from World > War II.
