Has anyone here ever used the spray I see advertised for removing the acid from old newspapers for archival preservation? The only one I found was $40 for 8 ounces. I would be interested to know if this is worthwhile, and if any knows where it could be purchased less expensively, perhaps in a smaller size. Thanks in advance for any help! Cathi
Found some of the spray last weekend at a Ben Franklin Craft store. Have not had time to use it. It cost about $11. I was in Charlestown, WV Joan ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, December 30, 2003 9:24 PM Subject: [PA-CAMERON] preserving old newspapers > Has anyone here ever used the spray I see advertised for removing the acid > from old newspapers for archival preservation?
