    3. I would be most interested in any info you might share on the Rhones. I alway thought my 2nd great grandmother was Jane Phrone but maybe the spelling is wrong. She married James Milligan and their daughter Hesidora Ortense was born in Witham, Clinton Co., PA on 5 April 1862.
