While I was clearing out my mother's apt. (she went to the Grove House), I came across a suede pouch with The First National Bank , Emporium, Pa. printed on the front. Can anyone date this for me? It looks quite old. I do know the old Library went into the First Nat. Bank building, but I don't know if they moved somewhere from that point or not. Any info? Bernie

Hi Bernie! From what I know, it went out of business during the Depression. A Lot of people lost their savings when it folded.
