    3. Don't find him in anything I have. Records do not start until 1885. Logue is the best bet. There are no Vogers in the area that I have ever seen. If he was around Sinnamhoning, you might check the 1870 Clinton County census to see if he was there. Do you have the birth info on Mary V? There is a Mary Logue listed in the 1870 census in her 20's. Possibly her husband died and she remarried. 2. Sometimes we just can't find those records! Two upper crust ladies were talking about their research into their families . . . . . . . "My ancestry goes all the way back to Alexander the Great," said one lady. She then turned to a second woman and asked, "How far does your family go back?" "I don't know," was the reply. "All of our records were lost in the flood." Ken Ostrum [email protected]

    3. Thankyou, you must have been really delighted when you got these old arcticles. Would I write to the Historical Society for this? Where did you to get the articles? -------------Sandy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sue Bemiller" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, March 06, 2004 5:32 PM Subject: Re: [PA-CAMERON] Penn. 3. I am not finished looking yet, but found a Johan and Bertalia Lavric going to Johnstown. But there are 4 others on this page going to Emporium! Ship manifest for 4/7/1903 for the S. S. Southwark out of Antwerp, Belgium. Interesting coincidence! 3. I do know that I got information on other Family members on rootsweb and years ago I had a search done through the Cameron County Papers (Through the Historical Society articles for my family dated back to 1899.) It did help and each search only cost me around 30 to 40.00. I just asked for anything on Barkers and Knickerbockers. I got tons of newspaper articles and had two searches done. I also received my Grandfathers parents names on his social security paperwork. 3. They are listed in the 1910 Census Records. They were living on Allegheny Ave. Shows they had been married for 4 years and had 2 children. I will check the records Monday. They may have already know each other. He was here in 1903 and she came in 1906. Maybe he sent for her? You could check the Ellis Island records to see who she was meeting when she came here. Those records would also tell you her final destination which may be where they got married.
