    3. Yes, caught that last Friday. You get one free look and then a big block covers the page. I think blocking access to obits is pretty rotten, since families pay a chunk of money to post the obits. My family spent about $400 last fall for my dad's obit, and now people can't even check the obits to see who died. The Mainliner did this several years ago. I'm hoping that that a half dozen other papers I look at don't do this; a couple are blocking access to the stories but still let you see the headlines and obits. Guess those of us who have access will have to share with those that don't. -----Original Message----- From: pacambri-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:pacambri-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of john bauman Sent: Wednesday, August 07, 2013 9:13 AM To: Pa Blair List; Pa Cambria List Subject: [PACAMBRI] newspapers Well, the newspaper in Johnstown has now blocked the the obit's.If you are a subscriber,no problem. The newspapers here in York,Pa have been doing this for sometime. 3. Go to the obits index page right click the obit you want to see and open it in a new tab after a second the log in screen appears and the rest of the page is grayed out right click anywhere on the page and 'select all' right click and 'copy' open your favorite text editor, right click in a blank area and 'paste' delete the unneeded text before and after the obit close the tab on your browser where the obit appears repeat for next obit -----Original Message----- From: Lisa Baker Sent: Wednesday, August 07, 2013 19:25 To: 'john bauman' ; 'Pa Blair List' ; 'Pa Cambria List' Subject: Re: [PABLAIR] [PACAMBRI] Tribune-Democrat blocked Yes, caught that last Friday.
