I have run into the blocked obit problem way before now with other papers. One thing that has helped me is to find out the name of the funeral homes in your area of interest and bookmark their websites as most of the funeral homes I have come across post all their obits right on their website. One of the funeral homes in my area actually allows you to sign up for recent death notices which comes directly to my email inbox. I hope this helps some of you! Happy Searching! Jean Wall
