Barnesboro Star, Thursday, March 5, 1942. Bernard J. Trinkley, 29, of Bakerton was injured fatally Monday at Barnes and Tucker #15. He was born in Patton, June 21, 1912, the son of Michael and Theresa (Huber) Trinkley. He married Mary Gallagher, who survives. He is also survived by the following brothers and a sister: Augustine, Raymond, and Matilda, wife of James Barrett, Bakerton. Another brother, Michael C. Trinkley, was killed at the Patton Clay Works. Funeral mass and burial were at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Patton. *marriage in Johnstown Tribune 3-3-1942 but I did not see Mary Gallagher listed on index? *so he was married only a few days before his death I thought maybe she was Mary Ida Gallaher b. 20 Dec 1924 d. 12 Aug 2009 she married Alreed Thomas 22 Apr 1944 anyone know anything about Mary Gallagher m. to Bernard Trinkley. or can see the article in the 3-3-1942 Johnstown paper for her parents.
