For those of you who do Kirsch genealogy, I found this one in the Carrolltown Book: "We had three major grocery stores in town - Paul Kelly's, The Clover Farm and Merle Kirsch's Butcher Shop. I worked at Kirsch's and learned about different cuts of meat. I also learned how to slice liver. Merle was a great teacher and made me feel confident that I could succeed in all I attempted to do....even slicing liver."
