Chirdon, aged 46, former local resident, who died Saturday afternoon in a Beaumont, Tex., hospital. Death was attributed to pneumonia. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday with burial in a cemetery in El Paso, Tex. The deceased was a son of Charles and Mary (McMullen) Chirdon, and was born in Gallitzin.
