He was born Feb. 25, 1986 in Washington, D.C., son of Robert and Cecelia (Riley) Wissinger. He worked as a mechanic's apprentice for a heavy equipment rental company. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister Sarah Wissinger and brother Adam Wissinger. Visitation will be Aug. 26 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Donaldson Funeral Home, 313 Talbott Ave. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Mills Catholic Church, 114 St. Mary's Place, with the Rev. Lawrence Young officiating.
