EX-BURGESS DROPS DEAD Hollidaysburg, Pa., Sept. 8---John Sucklin, a former burgess of Hollidaysburg, dropped dead, aged 77 years. DEATH OF NEWSPAPER MAN Altoona, Pa., Sept. 9---Henry C. Dern, for 15 years the senior proprietor of the Altoona TRIBUNE was found dead in bed, aged 73.
