Archie Claar Obituary Collection [12-5-1942 Dorothy Parrish, 17, Cresson, Dies Dorothy Mae Parrish, 17, daughter of Charles H. and Edna (Butler) Parrish of Cresson, died at 3:30 o'clock, Saturday afternoon [Dec. 3, 1942] in Mercy Hospital, Altoona, after an illness of several months. Surviving in addition to the parents are two brothers, James Robert and Donald Francis, both at home. Friends may view the body at the home of Joseph H. Parrish, 820 Third Street, Cresson, uncle of the deceased. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning in St. Francis Xavier's Church, Cresson. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery under the direction of Norman P. Casher & son.
