Am looking for information on a woman from Ebensburg who went to IUP (Then the Normal School in Indiana, PA) and then was in the PA legislature from 1923-24. Her name is Sarah McCune Gallagher Specifically I am looking for a picture to help out someone from IUP. Is she in anyone's files or do you know of somewhere her picture may be located?
