Francis Joseph LaBelle of St. Benedict, PA passed away @ 9:20 a.m. this morning (Nov. 15, 2008) in UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was the son of James & Margaret Jane (Ebbs) LaBelle.
