Deaths from The Register, Hollidaysburg, Blair Co., PA. GALLAGHER - Frank Gallagher, a resident of Johnstown, was drowned some days ago while attempting to cross the Monongahela river at McKeesport. PALMER - On Tuesday evening week, James Palmer, dispatcher for the past nine years at Conemaugh, was run over by a locomotive and had both of his legs mashed that it was necessary to amputate them.
