    3. I visited the Cambria County Records office in person to get a marriage certificate. When I was given a copy of the document I looked at it and saw that the parents had to give consent. I asked if there was more documentation. The woman went back and came out with copies of the consent forms that each set of parents had signed, which had more information about the families on them. So, ask for ALL documents related to the marriage, not just the marriage certificate. Donna

    3. I have never asked for the consent forms, but consent only had to be given for a person under age 21. However, that is an excellent suggestion for when you have a younger person on the marriage license.
